Ryan will share his journey building Cavanaugh Knife Company—from crafting high-quality, handcrafted knives inspired by the outdoors to opening their new storefront in downtown Mackinaw City (216 E Central Ave). Expect stories of craftsmanship, entrepreneurship in Northern Michigan, backcountry adventures (he's a self-described "Back Country Woodtick"), and what it takes to embark, slice, and thrive in a hands-on trade.
